How to use the 54600 series oscilloscope as a spectrum analyzer.

The 54603B has a frequency range of dc - 60 MHz.
The 54645D has a frequency range of dc - 100 MHz.

1. Verify that the HP54657A module is installed on the oscilloscope you are using.
   Upon power up there will be a splash screen with this text at the bottom, "HP54657A (HP + IB Measurement / Storage) Module".
2. Press the {+-} button.
3. Press the [Menu] button
4. Toggle Operation to the [FFT] mode.
5. Press the [FFT Menu] button to adjust the center frequency and span.
